Wonderful apartment in Central Jerusalem

Our family had a beautiful stay in this very central apartment on Rav Kook street. The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to the light rail, Jaffa street, Ben Yehuda street, and all of the local sites including the Kotel and Machane Yehuda (the Shuk). The apartment was fully stocked with everything one could need for a stay and even some extras that were very much appreciated. The welcome fruit basket and wine were a treat! Both Alan, the host, and Vongi, the property manager, were responsive throughout the reservation process and the check-in. A truly 5-star experience!

Nice Apartment in great location

The apartment is how it appears online. We had six of us and there was plenty of space and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need and it was spotless. The location can't be beat. It is a one minute walk to Jaffa street where all the restaurants, grocery stores and shops are but the apartment is mostly free from street noise. Ten minute walk to the Machane Yehuda Market and a similar walk time to the old city. The one challenging thing is the dryer is super slow by U.S. standards. It is small unit and takes about 90 minutes to dry each load. We tried every setting so assume this is normal for Israel. If you have a lot of laundry like us then you need to allocate a fair amount of time. I believe the limited English speaking doorman said there is a laundry room in the building but it was Shabbat so it was closed. but not certain. Other than that it was a great place to spend in Jerusalem!

We have already asked our management company to have a service company come and see what this issue is regarding the dryer. Since this is the first time we have had this issue we are sure that a good cleaning will solve that problem. Looking forward to your return.

I can’t say enough good things. I was so nervous because I’ve never stayed in this location in JLM but it was great. Walking distance to everything. Alan, Bonnie and Vongy went out of their way to make us comfortable. Hope to stay again soon.

The place was sparkling clean, and the host was so responsive with all my requests and unbelievably accommodating!!! The apartment is beautiful with every thoughtful touch you can think of…. Wine and fruit and delicious welcome treats, beautiful artwork, plentiful toilet paper-shampoos- towels- extra pillows and blankets- fully stocked kitchen, in the most perfect perfect location to everything in Jerusalem. Beautiful modern apartment , in a great location right by Ben Yehuda street. Apartment has 2 balconies that face a back garden so is very quiet. Nice touch was the beautiful fruit platter, chocolate and bottle of wine waiting for us when we checked in.

A Gem in Jerusalem

We stayed for 4 nights - my wife and I along with our children ranging from ages 5 to 17. The owner, Alan, was very gracious and accommodating, and the managers Donnie and Yiftach were very helpful. The apartment was really wonderful, and the location is unbeatable - - jus a two minute walk to the restaurants and cafes on Ben Yehuda and Yaffo Street, and a short walk to the Old City. We look forward to staying here again.

This was an amazing place, great space, very clean, location is superb with it being half a block from Jaffa and Ben yehuda. They were very thoughtful leaving fruit, wine, toothbrushes etc. I would say you couldn’t ask for anything more. We were extremely happy.

My family and I have stayed in many rental apartments and villas and this was by far one of the best. The owner Alan and the rental manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We arrived to find a large basket of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, cookies, soap, shampoo, extra tooth brushes and toothpatse, coffee, milk, OJ, tea, chargers for phones, washer and dryer with detergent, US plug adapters and even 2 local cell phones for our use. The building is brand new and everything was high end. My friends who were staying at the Citadel paid nearly twice as much for one hotel room and were very jealous of our accommodations. We had 3 bedrooms, livingoom, kitchen with high end appliances, 2 TV’s, etc…

Our family of five stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. We parked our rental car in the basement of the building. The apartment is very modern and came with everything we needed during our stay - soap, shampoo, towels, plates, coffee, milk, OJ, tea, chargers for phones. Alan, the landlord, was incredibly gracious. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would stay in it again. Alan invited us to a Shabbat celebration, which regretfully we were unable to attend due due visiting other friends for Shabbat. WiFi worked great as well. It is truly an exceptional apartment, in the heart of Jerusalem, close to the Western Wall as well as the Macheneh Yehuda market.

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) just completed a 4 night stay and it didn't disappoint. The apartment, the building and the location are second to none. We had ample space to spread out and the apartment has all the amenities one could want while visiting Jerusalem. The location is steps away from Jaffa and Ben Yehuda Streets, and ~15-20 minute walks to Mahane Yehuda, Mamila shopping and the old city. Furthermore, it was very easy to coordinate access to the apartment with the apartment managers, Doni and Vangie. If I find myself in Jerusalem again, I would certainly want to stay here.

Beautiful condo and it was large and roomy. Everything worked great and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty to spare. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean with plenty of towels...great location with walking distance to everything. This is a property that i would highly recommend and of course stay there again on a return trip to Israel.

We have stayed in numerous rental apartments in Jerusalem over the years, and this was, hands-down, at the very top. Every aspect of this experience was above our expectations. The apartment is beautifully appointed and very clean, and the location is excellent. An abundance of extras really made this feel top-rate including the stocked fridge, fruit, chocolates, wine, nice plastic ware and toiletries. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

The perfect setup for a large family!

Our family of seven fit just right. The property is outstanding, from the large parking spot in the garage to the king-size bed, two twins, double-pullout sofa, and single pullout bed. There was plenty of space, and the apartment was immaculate. There are two bathrooms, including one with a bath tub. The water pressure is fantastic with rainfall shower heads, and we did not run out of hot water. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and a fridge with the basic necessities. They even include a pair of iPhones so we could all stay connected locally. The location is excellent... right near the tram line and a 15 minute walk to the New Gate or Jaffa Gate. There were restaurants, pubs, and pastry shops near by, as well as small grocery store. The building is totally secure, quiet and clean. So overall, a great stay.

The unit was impeccable and the hospitality and service were outstanding. A great location in a new building with a good gym and nice lobby with doorman. It is a great property in the center of Jerusalem. The property managers are responsive to all your needs. From the first time we contacted the owner, we were so happy with the prompt replies to all of our questions no matter how mundane. Then the magic!!! We walked into this palace of an apartment and it was magical. From the location (right off Jaffa Road) and to the luxury lobby and to the very comfortable accommodations, this is a winner. I actually told the owner I'd stage a sit in---did not want to leave!!! In summary, this place is a 10 PLUS.

This apartment is our favorite. Plenty of room to relax on one of the porches or in the vast living room. The furniture is all high quality and very comfortable. The two bathrooms are spacious with great shower pressure and luxurious. Everything you need is stocked in the apartment plus much more. We stayed for a very hot week and the AC worked great. When it was time to sleep it was so easy falling asleep. Each room has great beds and lots of sunlight, and tons of closet space. The kitchen is perfect. It’s well stocked and easy to use. Anything you may need is there (besides Starbucks). This was our third stay and we love it more each time we come.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Alan's place. It is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It was very clean and everything we could have possibly needed was there. We especially appreciated the "extras" like welcoming us with fruits, drinks, etc., the ability to use the iPhones, and the fact that if we forgot basics like toothpaste, shampoo, etc, it was available. It is no wonder why Alan C. Continues to get 5 star ratings for his Jerusalem apartment! The apartment is gorgeous; large, comfortable, beautifully designed and furnished and stocked with everything one may need. From a welcome basket of wine, fruits, chocolate, milk, juice to thr drawers filled with paper goods for entertaining, you've got it all. And the underground parking is a real bonus, as well as the great gym! Can't wait to return !!!

We just had the privilege to stay at this wonderful apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was excellent, and the apartment had many amenities and was very pleasant to stay in. There were lots of little extras that helped make our stay much easier and enjoyable. There were plenty of towels, dishes, paper goods and utensils. Alan was a very friendly and cordial host. I would love to stay again when we visit next year.
Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Tourists without a Car, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

Beautiful convenient apartment

This is a beautiful unit in a brand new building. The furniture was comfortable and modern. The location truly was walking distance to everything in the center of Jerusalem: Zion Square, Ben Yehuda St., the Old City via the Mamilla Mall. There was someone from management to meet us, and when there was a problem with the hot water, it was taken care of immediately. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms doubles as a TV room and has a sofa bed, which wasn't clear, to me, from the listing. That room does not have a dresser or closet.
